Our Privacy Commitment

We created the Boxol.IT primary event ticket distribution platform over ten years ago with the aim of making it easier for you to find out about concerts, shows and cultural events and to allow you to purchase tickets for your favorite events securely and easily online.

The services we offer on the platform necessarily involve the use of some of your personal data. When, for example, you interact with the pages of our site, contact us to request information about an event or purchase a ticket, you entrust us with part of your personal information of which we are fully aware and that we are committed to protecting and treating safely.

In fact, our approach provides different solutions to allow you to manage your personal information as you see fit and always maintain full control over it.
Buying without registering (without creating an "account") is just one of the options we offer.

In any case, the type and amount of personal data that we ask you to provide us with depends exclusively on the type of service that you request and, in accordance with the applicable law in the field of ticketing, will be limited to what is strictly necessary to provide the service.

Before carrying out some specific activities, we leave you the choice of whether or not to give your consent to receive the individual service. Keep in mind that should you change your mind, you can revoke your consent easily and at any time.

Our mission is to be as clear and transparent as possible about the personal data we collect so that you can make informed decisions about how and for what purpose we use it.

We therefore invite you to read the entire text of this Policy which will allow you to better understand why we collect your personal data, how we use them, how you can manage, modify or delete them and exercise your other rights.

If you have any concerns or specific questions regarding the processing of your personal data and its protection, you may contact us at any time by writing to privacy@boxol.it.

We reserve the right to modify and/or update the Information Notice, also taking into account possible subsequent integrations and/or modifications of the national and/or European Union regulations regarding the protection of personal data or due to possible additional purposes of the data processing.

The new versions of the Information Notice will replace the previous ones and will be valid, effective and applied from the date of publication on the website or, if the changes are significant, from the date of the communication that we undertake to send you promptly.

We will archive previous versions of this Policy for your reference.

Finally, remember that the provision of your main information is also a guarantee of reliability and regularity of your purchases.

This type of service arises from the need to satisfy what we believe may be a specific interest of yours based on your previous purchases, such as a subscription to an event that takes place every year and that you want to book in advance in order not to miss the opportunity to participate. If you do not want the data you have given us on the occasion of a previous purchase to be used to send you later marketing communications related to what you have already bought on Boxol.IT, you have the possibility to object to this treatment from now on and at any time, by sending us an e-mail at privacy@boxol.it or by refusing to continue to receive this type of communication in a simple and free way by clicking on the "Unsubscribe" button at the bottom of each of our communications.
